- Navigate back to the Practice module and select Bill Events under the “Billing” section
- To preview the claim before billing, view the authorization and/or edit the appointment. Select the appropriate claim and click View
- After reviewing a claim, click the ellipses (...) and select either Enter Line Note, Mark Ready to Review, or Ready to Bill.
4. When claims are in a “Ready to Bill” status, select the ones to bill. Click the Bill drop-down on the top left-hand side and choose how to bill them.
5. Or, users can “Abandon” event(s), which removes them from billing and leaves the event in a cancelled status on the scheduler. “Mark as Do Not Bill,” allows users to account for the actual event occurring, but does not send it to the billing source.
