To activate an inactive patient:
- Navigate to the Admin module and select Patients under the “People” section
- Click the Filter… search bar and select the Include Inactive checkbox
- Inactivated patients will appear in grey. Check the box next to any patients that should have their accounts re-activated.
- Click the ellipses (…) at the top of the screen and select Activate
- Click Yes
- Remove the filter status to only show active by unchecking Include Inactive
- The patient will now display as active and will be available for therapy and data collection.
