32 STEPS

3 Open the Goal Plan by clicking on the Goal Plan title.

14 Now we need to update the Score Sheet. Click Goal Plans
15 Select the row of the most recently used score sheet
16 Click the ellipses to see options

21 We need to Add the Wave "Goodbye" target to this score sheet to replace Dancing. Click Add
22 Click The new target/s from the Goal Plan list. I'm checking Wave "Goodbye"
23 Click Select
24 Wave "Goodbye" is now on my Goal Plan. Now I need to remove "Dancing" if I no longer want to score it. Click the target/s that need to be removed.
25 Click the elipses
26 Click Remove
27 Any other edits can be made before this step. Once all edits are complete, Click Save
28 Click Assign
29 Complete the assignment fields. Click Assign
30 Click Close to close the score sheet.
31 Click Yes
32 I would recommend completing the score sheet that was in use once the new score sheet is assigned and ready to go. The "Complete" action is in the same area as "Copy" in step 17.
I hope this helps!
As of 6/10/17 we have added an additional step to this process. After a score sheet is saved, it must be moved to a Published status and assigned in order for the assignments to be accessible in Scout for data collection. Score sheets that are not published will not appear in Scout.
