1 The first step is to open Pathfinder™
2 Click your patients initials on their tab
3 Click Skill Objectives
4 Click The File Icon to apply an advanced search
5 Assessment Scores: Change to Yes to see items the Skill Objectives page that have been introduced as an assessment item only.
6 Click Yes
7 Click Search
8 Click The Advanced Search Icon
9 Click Active Status: Change to Inactive to see a list of skill that have been inactivated for this patient.
10 Click inactive
11 Click Advanced Search
12 Click In Use By: to filter your skill list and see only items that are associated with an active score sheet, assessment plan, etc.
13 Make a selection
14 That's it. You're done.
