1 This tutorial will show you how to Apply, Change or Remove Mastery or other Status' using the Discover button. The Discover button is available in the Skill Objectives Page, The Goal Plan, Score Sheet and Post Facto.

This tutorial demonstrates status changes through the Discover window in the skill objectives page.
3 Click Skill Objectives
4 Notice at the top of this page, there is the option to master or change status. These options can be applied to multiple skills within a list.
Select the skill/s that status changes apply to by checking the boxes next to the skill/s.
5 Click Status
6 This allows you to apply status' to all items that are selected. "No Change" option will be selected by default. Turn on 1 or more status' that apply to your skill/s. The date can be adjusted and the reason is optional. Select "Apply" or "Cancel".
7 Selecting just 1 skill will allow you to view status history and remove or change status through "Discover". The Discover option can also be accessed in the Goal Plan, Score Sheet and Post Facto. Select the skill and click "Discover"
8 Click Status History
9 A timeline of status' will appear along the top. Hover over any of the dots to view the date and status.
10 To remove a status that was unintentionally or mistakenly applied, Check the box next to the status...
11 Click Remove
12 This will remove that status from the history of the skill. Only use remove for unintentional or mistaken status'. To leave the history but change the status...
13 Click Change Status
14 The Change status options allows you to select what the current status of the target is. Apply a new status or status', turn off a status that no longer applies (without removing history) or leave the "No Change" selected. I'll turn On Generalization
15 Notice that "On" for Generalization is now selected instead of "No Change". You can make multiple status changes. The effective date defaults to the date of change but can be edited. Reason is optional. Click Apply to submit changes.
16 The skill is now Mastered and also in Generalization
17 Click X to close Discovery
18 Mastery is seperate from other status' so now this skill displays Mastery on 1/26/15 but also is showing In Generalization
19 Status changes and mastery can also be done to targets from the Skill Objectives page. Simply click on the skill name to view the target list. I'll select Choice Making
*If accessing Discover from the Goal Plan, the target will be selected by default.
20 Click Targets
21 Select the Target or targets to apply Mastery, Status changes or select just one target at a time to use Discover
22 Click Discover
23 Click Status History
24 Changing the status of a target from the skill objectives page will apply changes everywhere in the system. The Discover button works the same way from any page to change status'.
