1 Note: Editing locked session data is a permission that must be activated. The permission can be added by an admin.
There are 2 ways to edit data. 1st, is in the GP list page.
2 From the Navigation Tree, Click Goal Plans
3 In the Goal Plan or Score Sheet list, Click the + to expand all sessions for a score sheet.
4 All of the Sessions that were collected on this score sheet will appear when expanded. Each session is a link to go in and edit that data. Find the session that needs edited and click on the session name.
5 If you look at the breadcrumbs, the system has navigated to the Collect section of the system, which is where editing of data takes place.
All data will for the session should appear and can be edited.
Find the tab that contains data: Categories
6 For this data, there is no score because the minimum was not met.
I could add data to the sample by clicking the score buttons.
To remove a score, click the box next to the target that has a score
7 Click ^Undo
8 Now I have removed the single score that was collected during the original session, and now I can re-enter scores.
There are 2 lines for any target that have scores. Use the 2nd line only if you want to enter an additional sample of data.
9 Ignore the 2nd line unless an additional sample of data points should be entered.
10 After all data has been edited, Click Lock Session
11 Click Lock Session
12 You will taken back to the collect screen for your patient.
Editing locked data can be done directly from this page.
Check the box next to the score sheet that includes the session data that needs entered.
13 Click Edit Session
14 All of the sessions that were collected on this score sheet will appear in this list. Click on the session name that needs edits
*Tip: Unsure of which session has incorrect data? Click the print icon to generate the score sheet summary report first.
15 Click the box next the data that requires edits
16 Click Unlock to unlock the sample
17 Click ^Undo to remove scores, or enter additional scores
18 Ignore the 2nd line for a target unless you want to enter a new sample of data.
19 After all edits are made, click Lock Session
20 Click Lock Session
21 When a session is locked, the day, time stamp, and original observer will remain in tact. Only the data itself can be edited.
That's it. You're done.
