1 When logging into Scout, use a Chrome or Safari Browser and navigate to your Scout site.
If you do not know your site URL, please contact your supervisor or company administrator to get that information.
2 The first time you access Scout on your computer or device, you may receive 2 pop ups.
One will ask permission to use your location, the other will ask for permission to use storage on your tablet (for offline mode).
Please confirm both settings.
3 Before logging in to Scout, find out if you need to access the web version of the site where you will create a password and answer security questions.
If you have not yet completed that step, you may not be able to login to Scout.
4 A username should have been provided to you. If you do not know it, please contact your company administrator.
Type your username and password into the fields. The username is not case sensitive.
5 If you do not know your password, please contact your company administrator or contact Customer Success for support.
Remember that passwords are case sensitive.
6 After entering your username and password, Click Login
7 Once the password has been accepted, a PIN pad will appear. Use this to create a 4-digit PIN code that you will use to login to this device.

After a PIN is established, you will use it the next time you login.
9 Select a 4 digit PIN and then use the check mark to accept the PIN
10 While there is a "Skip" option, we recommend "Saving" a PIN for your device. This will be required to use the Offline function.
Multiple users can be registered on on a device and you can register your PIN on multiple devices.
11 That's it. You're in!
