Skills created in CR Essentials are housed in the Admin module and can be customized at the patient level. If a skill needs to be modified at the global level, edits can be made in the Admin module. Any information added at the admin level can be viewed in every patient's goal plan. Be sure that any information added to skills does not include any personal information.
To edit skills:
- Navigate to the Admin module and select Skills under the “Protocol” section
- Search for skills in the top half of the screen and click Get Results, or use the Filter… search bar on the right-hand side to find the skill that needs to be edited.
3. Select the name of the skill to edit
4. In the skill, several tabs contain information about different customization options available during goal planning.
- The “Details” tab is primarily informational.
- In the “Mastery Recommendation” tab, mastery criteria will be auto populated with information shared during the organization’s onboarding.
- # of Skill Targets: the number of targets that must be mastered before the entire skill will be recommended for Mastery.
- Target Min.: the minimum score required for mastery.
- Target #: how many different therapists must observe the skill before it can be mastered.
- Observed over # days: how many days in a row the skill must meet these requirements in order to be recommended for Mastery in the Mastery widget.
- The list in the “Targets” tab is available for all patients, so users should not include personal targets. Custom targets can be added at the patient level while creating goal plans. To add a target to the standard list:
- Click +Add to display the “New Target” pop-up
- Multiple targets can be entered into the list. After entering one target, click Enter on your keyboard to add one target per line.
- If users do not click “Enter,” the targets will appear as one target.
- Click Add. These will now be in the skill’s list of standard targets.
- In the “Presentations” tab, list ways targets for this skill might be presented during therapy.
