1 In this tutorial, you will learn how to inactivate skills or targets through the Skill Objectives Page. This workflow only inactivates the skill or target for that patient. Use the Skill Editor to inactivate skills or targets company-wide.
2 Inactivated skills or targets will immediately be removed from a patient's Goal Plan or Score Sheet. Graphs and reports will still contain the skill or target data, even when inactive.

3 To inactivate a skill for a patient, select that skill from the patient's skill objectives page. Click ...
4 Click Inactivate
5 The inactivate reason is optional.
6 After reason and date are adjusted, Click Inactivate
7 The skill is now inactivated. It will no longer appear on Goal Plans or score sheets for that patient, but can still be used for graphing and reporting. Close the confirmation message in the bottom right.
8 To view any skills that have been inactivated for a patient, select the Advanced search/filter in the upper right corner.
9 Change Active Status from Active to Inactive or Both to see inactivate skills.
10 Click Search
11 Now Choice Making shows in my list in grey. To reactivate that skill, click the box next to it.
12 Click ...
13 Click Activate
14 Click Yes
15 The next step would be to clear your filter so you can see Active skills again.
16 Targets can also be inactivated. Click Choice Making to view the target list for this skill
17 Select the target/s that need to be inactivated
18 Click ...
19 Click Inactivate
20 The reason is optional and the date can be adjusted.
21 Click Inactivate
22 To view inactive skills, Click the Filter icon in the search bar
23 Click Include Inactive
24 Click Close
25 That's it. You're done.
