Users can share Forms and Policies with staff and patient guardians.
For permission to access documents saved in Forms and Policies for staff:
- Navigate to the Admin module and select Security Roles under the “Security” section
- Select a security role and click the Role Permissions tab
- Users can also search in the “Filter…” search bar.
- Select the +Pages: Clinical and Shared section and click the checkbox next to Page: Forms and Policies. This is for employees to access the Company Details page.
- Click Save and Close
For permission to access documents saved in Forms and Policies for Patient Portal users:
- Navigate to the Admin module and select Security Roles under the “Security” section
- Select a security role created for guardians to access the Patient Portal and select the +Patient Portal section.
- Click the checkbox next to Can View Forms and Policies. This is for parents/guardians to access and download Forms and Policies from the Patient Portal.
- Click Save and Close
To add and share documents in Forms and Policies:
- Navigate to the Admin module and select Details under the “Company” section
- Click the Forms and Policies tab and select +Add
- In the “NEW:” pop-up:
- Enter a name
- Add a start date
- Select if the document should be viewable by employees or patients.
- Selecting “patient” means the document will be accessible via the Patient Portal.
- Click Save to save this document to the company details section
Staff will access documents in the Forms and Policies via the Clinical module.
Parents/Guardians will access Forms and Policies via a link in the Patient Portal.
