1. CLICK on the Practice Schedule or My Calendar to access the appointment to edit.
2. CLICK on the appointment to edit. Make the changes and CLICK “Update”.
To cancel, reschedule or mark an appointment as no-show:
CLICK on the “Actions” bar in the bottom left-hand side of the “Edit Appointment” screen.
When finished making modifications:
NOTE: If you cancel the appointment a “Complete” option will not be there.
To PRINT a schedule:
1. CLICK the “Show Calendar” button.
2. The schedules will pop up in a new window. CLICK the “Print” button .
- Appointments completed will appear in Bill Events.
- Once billed, they will appear in both the Invoices, and Insurance Claims screens.
- These can be found in the “Practice Menu” under Billing.
