5.2.1: Introducing CentralReach Essentials
Pathfinder’s solutions have been rebranded to CentralReach Essentials or CR Essentials. As part of the rebrand, you can expect to see the following:
- The Pathfinder Practice Management platform has been rebranded to CR Essentials Practice Management and has a new login page and look and feel. To improve the browsing experience on the platform, the top navigation bar has been removed. All menus and options can continue to be accessed via the main left-hand-side navigation.
- The Support site and the Patient Portal login page have been rebranded to match the new CR Essentials image.
- URLs have been updated as follows:
- CR Essentials Practice Management, previously Pathfinder Practice Management: [yourcompany].cressentials.net
- Support site: support.cressentials.net
- Patient Portal: [yourcompany].cressentials.net
- The support email has been updated to email@example.com
- Your username and password to log in to the products has not changed
- Scout, the data collection app, has not been rebranded at this time, and the URL to access Scout has not been changed. You can continue to access Scout via [yourcompany].pathfinderhi.net/scout
